About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a Business Banker to join their team. This full-time position, Monday – Friday, will support the Waseca, MN branch. The Business Banker will acquire new loan clients and manage existing client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements and spreads, assessing income adequacy and collateral sufficiency, and preparing presentations for loan committee. The annual base compensation range is $71,058-$102,851, with eligibility for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices
• Ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• Demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management or other related credit or finance discipline
