About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you will help represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, and fundraising initiatives. This position offers hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer engagement, event coordination, and leadership development.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
Engage with the public to educate potential donors and supporters about client missions.
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a professional brand image.
Assist with planning, setting up, and executing fundraising and marketing events.
Meet individual and team fundraising or campaign performance goals.
Track campaign results and provide feedback to management.
Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and business development.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities.
