This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. If business needs change, an individual employee’s designation may be adjusted with a required minimum of ten (10) business days’ notice unless employee conduct or safety issues necessitate otherwise at the discretion of management. This position reports to the Finance Director of WUNC -FM and the occupant must maintain a high level of professionalism and courteousness, perform with a high degree of accuracy, and maintain confidentiality at all times. The primary responsibilities performed include gift processing and deposits, detailed data entry, processing vouchers, TIM (Time Management System) management, PaymentWorks, and serving as a key interface with staff and other university departments. This position will also support areas of HR, P-Card management and overall business office functions. The preferred candidate will have experience using PeopleSoft Financials (ConnectCarolina), fundraising software, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8-5
