About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Specialist in Bloomington, MN. This role involves defining, analyzing, solving, and documenting business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives. The specialist will translate business needs into system requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications, ensuring successful and sustainable execution of identified business processes. They will provide content expertise for application configuration and implementation, functional support to the development team, and support all phases of implementation including requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
3 years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or OM.
3 years of experience in business and system analysis (gathering requirements and creating system specifications), in the financial services industry.
3 years of experience using SQL/PLSQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
3 years of experience conducting discovery and requirement gathering sessions and documenting the same.
3 years of experience creating, developing and executing multiple test cases based on client requirements on Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Financials applications, or on Oracle Retail modules (including Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), and Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)).
3 years of experience creating integration architecture to implement new Oracle/Retail systems that integrate with E Business Systems (EBS) and client’s legacy systems.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives.
Translate business needs into system requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications that describe the necessary system changes/configurations or new system features.
Provide content expertise for application configuration and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of all identified business processes.
Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
Support all phases of the implementation: requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment.
