About The Position

The mission of this role is to ensure the quality of functional solution delivery to clients while building and maintaining overall client satisfaction. This role involves leading/executing project workstreams with limited supervision, gathering requirements, and designing complex solutions to achieve business goals. The Business Architect will partner closely with client business teams to define enhancement request requirements, liaise between clients and IntegriChain’s Product Engineering group, and review new client business/contracting scenarios. The role also includes supporting clients in making necessary contract configuration or system changes, testing those changes, and contributing to project plans and documentation. Additionally, the Business Architect will leverage domain expertise for functional thought leadership, provide effective communication, initiate internal projects, mentor junior analysts, participate in recruiting, and support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex system implementations/upgrades across the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, implement).
  • Demonstrated experience in Pharmaceutical commercial contracting (chargebacks, purchase-based rebates, utilization-based rebates)
  • Cross-functional experience in pharmaceutical Medicaid and Government Pricing, strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Model N Flex or Model N Powered by N, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead/execute a project workstream with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Gather requirements for and proactively design complex solutions to provide business goals
  • Partner closely with the client business team to facilitate enhancement request requirements definition
  • Liaise between client and IntegriChain’s Product Engineering group to ensure requirements are understood
  • Review new client business/contracting scenarios
  • Support client in making contract configuration or other systems changes needed to support the scenario, including testing of those changes
  • Support project plans, status reports and other project documentation
  • Oversee development of engagement deliverables
  • Leverage domain expertise and data-driven reasoning to provide functional thought leadership internally and to clients
  • Provide effective communication with internal and clients
  • Initiate/lead internal projects
  • Mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Lead Analysts
  • Participate in the recruiting process as appropriate
  • Support business development activities
