About The Position

This position works under the direction of the Business Information Systems Manager and escalates complex, high-impact, or non-routine issues for resolution.

Requirements

Willingness to learn SQL, Crystal Reports, and ERP functionality.
Basic to Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills; able to tailor informational conversations for individuals across multiple roles and skillsets.
Ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple support requests.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Ability to travel as needed.
Able to provide support (as an additional resource) to Windows-based workstations, printers, and other peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day user support for assigned business applications.
Assist with testing, documentation, and user communications.
Investigate issues and escalate unresolved problems.
Complete routine user setup and configuration updates following established procedures.
Run, maintain, and update standard reports.
Use existing queries and report templates with basic modifications.
Help maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments.
Document current procedures and identify issues for management review.
Follow established data standards and report data-quality concerns.
Assist with improvement and implementation projects as assigned.
Assist training new users using company systems and best practices.
Support user adoption of new systems and technologies.
Provide help desk support across the main ERP systems.
Provide helpdesk support for Microsoft suite.
Provide occasional hardware and workstation support.
