About The Position

This position is responsible for partnering with the business and IT teams to identify and manage process efficiencies and continuous improvement across the Applications landscape. Key activities include: Providing user support for issues arising in the enterprise manufacturing system and connected applications Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives Translating business requirements into application requirements Working with IT teams to identify options for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology Translating business requirements into application requirements Collaborating with IT development to facilitate development of new solutions Performing system testing and coordination of user acceptance testing Providing application and process execution expertise in solution roll-out/projects Maintaining application documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of business process knowledge in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of IFS ERP processes, IFS cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of Glovia ERP processes a plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Strong process flow and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision, and manage multiple project activities at the same time
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams), and SQL query tools

Nice To Haves

  • IFS cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of Glovia ERP processes a plus
