About The Position

The Business Application Administrator operates and maintains Accenture Federal Services enterprise applications, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and predictable, timely service. The role includes planning, designing, building, testing, deploying, upgrading, and patching applications; supporting users and independently or collaboratively troubleshooting and resolving system issues; providing evidence for audits; and creating or updating processes and procedures to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and security. The work also includes patching Windows operating systems.

Requirements

At least two years of IT experience.
At least one year of demonstrable, recent experience as a system administrator for an on-premise application.
Efficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
Proven technical writing experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a US citizen.

Nice To Haves

Working experience with PowerShell is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud computing is preferred.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Ability to learn new skills and research issues independently when needed.
Ability to work with a team of highly skilled technical resources.
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and provide sound solutions.
Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members.
