About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, TN. The Business & Reporting Analyst supports data-driven decision making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting business performance data. This role develops reports and dashboards, identifies trends, and provides insights to improve operations and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, JSON, and reporting tools preferred.
• Technical experience in Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, GIS Systems, SQL, JSON).
• Yardi, GIS systems, or property management/facilities experience.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and database management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze data and present insights to support business decisions.
• Gather, manage, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting projects.
• Support automation and process improvements for reporting tools.
