Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in QA processes, methodologies, planning, and testing preferred.
  • Demonstrated planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience testing web applications required.
  • Experience with SQL and database validation testing, including select and join statements, preferred.
  • Experience testing cloud and/or mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing and UI automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements, including initiation, development, review, and sign-off.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder reviews, and formal sign-off processes.
  • Communicate project issues, risks, and concerns clearly and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate information security, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Track, document, and report testing results, defects, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and QA processes.
