Develop analytically derived omni-channel targeting, offer, and communication strategies to drive profitable long-term customer engagement. Develop statistical targeting and behavioral models that deliver business results. Develop program impact forecasting relating to financial impacts and customer behavior. Manage scorecards and the Management Information Systems, including tracking the program's impact to portfolio dynamics. Analyze any variances in the forecast and identify root causes.
