Analyze multiple sources of data and develop recommendations on high-priority initiatives including the annual strategic plan, following project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines. Apply knowledge of banking transactions and data management software tools and systems and establish best practices for decision management organizations including LATAM. Analyze the business-critical milestone reporting process and other reporting, ensuring quality, efficiency and accuracy of the reporting process. Collaborate to develop communication strategy for the department. Facilitate development of communication materials and their presentations to management and stakeholders.
