About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with healthcare data and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of business processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions.
