Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between developers and clients, wearing multiple hats to address client needs.
  • Solve complex problems by analyzing calculations, investigating bugs, and proposing new processes in unfamiliar territory.
  • Provide client support by acting as a subject matter expert for software-related questions, problems, or suggestions.
  • Prioritize changes to the ever-evolving software, including functionality requests and bug fixes, using a ticketing system.
  • Create technical specifications to convey necessary changes to developers, detailing functionality, user interface, and data transfer.
  • Test completed changes in a beta environment to ensure they meet specifications and do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Coordinate with new clients to configure software to their specific needs, acting as a consultant to understand their business processes.
  • Train clients on how to use the software, assisting both new and existing clients with tasks and new features.
