Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with experience in a related Information Technology field
Experience in developing requirements
Experience writing technical documents
Excellent writing and communication skills
Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks
Able to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines
Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes
Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization Agile process life cycle
Strong written and communication skills required
Must have Agile experience; methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
Experience with User Interface designs and mockups
Must be US Citizen and have at least an active US government Secret-level security clearance

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with building solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or Dynamics, Power Platform, and Power BI is highly desirable.
Previous experience working with Government clients is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated team member who has primary responsibility to support the development team to successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives.
Effectively elicit, document, communicate, and prioritize business requirements from clients while applying, implementing and enforcing Scrum principles and practices.
Support and facilitate a team dynamic intended to maximize performance of the team and will assist with continuously improving agile practices.
Formation and definition of project activities and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Develop understanding of business needs of multiple stakeholders and/or product owner through a variety of elicitation techniques.
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst stakeholders, product owner, and project manager.
Help business stakeholders envision how their processes will change with implementation of solutions.
Build requirements to accurately and thoroughly capture business needs and ensures user stories are concise and complete.
Build and update system requirements specification documents or other requirements related artifacts.
Interact with technical staff and work collaboratively to define technical solutions to solve business needs.
Perform responsibilities utilizing agile software development methodologies.
Conducting daily stand-up meetings, planning and review sessions, prioritizing tasks and mitigating roadblocks.
