The Business Analyst is a highly skilled and motivated individual responsible for working with stakeholders across the organization as part of a program/project team to successfully develop/design/configure and implement a new system or process. This is accomplished by the Business Analyst partnering with business end users, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders gathering and documenting business requirements, documenting current and future process flows, creating use cases and test plans, and planning and managing the user acceptance testing effort for that new system or process. The Business Analyst may lead a team of Business Analysts in their role on a project/program to fulfill some of the key accountabilities below. The Business Analyst works closely with the Program/Project Manager and is expected to use independent judgement and exhibit autonomy when performing daily tasks, proactively address problems and issues within their scope of responsibility as well as identify areas for possible improvements. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site in our Chicago, IL office anywhere between one to three days a week.
