Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Process Analysis, the Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the Firm’s business processes and serves as part of a team to improve those processes and solve business problems. This candidate must be results and goal oriented with strong client relationship, change management, interpersonal and analytical skills. A successful candidate must be a self-starter, is passionate about learning, has proven experience working with stakeholders at various levels, and has the ability to participate on multiple projects simultaneously.
