Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst – requirements planning, data mapping, analysis, use case development, and documentation.
- 5+ years of Banking experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using the recommended or appropriate information-gathering and data-modeling techniques to elicit requirements.
- Contribute to the successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time.
- Review test plans, scenarios, and test cases as needed.
- Support Development, Quality Assurance, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
