About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our team. Our customer is one of the world's most successful hotel companies with 118 properties in 47 countries, and for the second consecutive year, was named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the world by Business Traveller magazine. This is a growing product ecosystem, approximately 2-3 years in development, with an up-to-date stack and no legacy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in direct communication with the clients
• Experience in writing user stories and use cases
• Experience in preparing mockups
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Solid self-organization skills
• Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice To Haves

• Technical background
• Experience with the Salesforce platform

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and analysis
