The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

  • Experience supporting process improvement efforts, change initiatives, or business governance and risk routines.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze merchant processing statements
  • Work directly with internal sales representatives for cost analysis and optimization
  • Facilitate and create training material and presentations
  • Research internal technical and procedural questions
