About The Position
Serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders, process owners, and the engineering team to translate operational and security requirements into actionable automation use cases. Responsible for documenting current-state workflows, defining success criteria, and ensuring delivered solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in an IT or cybersecurity environment.
- SQL (querying, basic joins, filtering)
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Superset)
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in security operations
- Python literacy (reading, not necessarily writing)
- Experience translating security metrics into executive dashboards
Nice To Haves
- MBA or Master's in Information Systems
- Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, Security+ or CISSP
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate technical and business requirements across security, cryptography, identity, and operational domains.
- Map existing manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop detailed use case specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and facilitate requirements reviews.
- Track project metrics, report on automation program health, and maintain team dashboards.
