Responsibilities
- Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems.
- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology evaluating the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and/or business solution.
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with technology solutions.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Developing detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements.
- Utilizing analytical tools to assess and improve business performance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business process design.
