The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding and improving the 340B program's efficiency, ensuring staff education, facility adherence, and providing overall support. This position involves regular auditing of contract and entity-owned pharmacies, analyzing inventory invoicing, and assisting with payment reconciliation. The analyst will also contribute to developing compliance reports and supporting the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs. Continuous learning about the 340B program is expected. Additionally, the role involves assisting the F&A department with data analysis and process improvement suggestions, while maintaining a high standard of patient care, respect, and confidentiality. Participation in performance improvement activities and committees is also required.
