About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with 8 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain, along with hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive requirements gathering, and support the delivery of innovative banking solutions leveraging AI technologies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.

Requirements

8 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
Hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
Experience in requirements gathering.
Ability to bridge business and technology teams.
Experience supporting the delivery of innovative banking solutions leveraging AI technologies.

Experience with AI/ML and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking and AI-driven initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and development teams.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI-powered solutions.
Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitate UAT, validate business outcomes, and ensure successful deployment of banking applications.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Support change management and adoption of AI-enabled business processes.
