Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Support project management efforts by tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct gap analysis and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
