Requirements

Backlog Management Experience: Refining and updating backlog items, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with the development team
Experience using Jira & with Agile Methodologies
Experience conducting interviews to identify user needs and translating them into functional requirements or user stories
Experience analyzing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement

Responsibilities

Leads functional design and requirements management for the project
Facilitates interviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions to capture user needs and translate them into functional stories
Documents business processes, maps workflow logic, and updates backlog items in alignment with the development team
Collaborates with developers and testers during sprints to validate configuration and ensure user acceptance criteria are met
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignments
Ensuring backlog items, workflows, and documentation are accurate and complete
