Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explore data and interpret financial results.
Proficiency in explaining complex analyses in clear, practical terms for non-financial audiences.
Advanced Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot).
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics, dashboards, and meaningful visuals.

Nice To Haves

Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with teams across the organization to understand business operations and translate questions into clear metrics, analysis, and insights.
Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by providing clear explanations for variances.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes through financial modeling, scenario planning, and assumption development.
Compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate discrepancies, and recommend data-driven actions.
Develop and maintain Excel-based models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting templates, with a focus on automation where possible.
Create presentations and executive summaries that effectively communicate data-driven stories.
Conduct ad hoc analysis, including project cost tracking, ROI/payback analysis, and support for special initiatives.
