About The Position
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support writing Epics and Features as part of one of our Agile Software Delivery Teams. This role requires frequent and open communication with both the Program Manager and the Army client. The Business Analyst will utilize excellent writing skills for important reports and participate in meetings. While proficient in solving complex problems independently, collaboration with numerous Agile Teams and other program components will be common.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred
- Current Secret clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in SAFe for Teams or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred
Responsibilities
- Support User Story writing and management of ART Backlog
- Collect data from agile teams, create, maintain, and deliver project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs
- Support agile data collection, administer agile project tools, and compile reports
- Provide project coordination and analysis for managers
- Perform work with a high degree of latitude
- Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
- May act as lead or first-level supervisor
