About The Position

As a Business Analyst at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. You will analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals, and use tools such as Excel and basic SQL to assess business impacts, support analysis, and inform decision-making. You will also coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across business and technical teams, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate meetings and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution. Build strong partnerships with business owners, developers, testers, project managers, and leadership. Communicate project status, business impacts, and solution recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid financial processing, claims processing, reporting, and batch operations.
