About The Position

Preparing business cases in the Individual Insurance and Financial Services (AISF) sector to support investment decisions. Supporting the delivery of initiatives once they are approved.

Requirements

Solid experience in developing business cases
Knowledge of individual insurance and/or financial services
Experience with Agile methodologies
University degree or equivalent
Several years of relevant experience, including 3 years in preliminary project development (business cases, opportunity assessments)
Ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment
Have active participation in large-scale projects

Responsibilities

Clarify the context related to the need (stakeholders, understanding of the problem, etc.)
Gather relevant information to define the current situation.
Confirm business needs
Confirm requirements
Develop solution scenarios
Recommend a solution
Collaborate with the lead architect on scoping financial domains
Contribute to Strategic Business Cases on monetary exchanges
Identify solution components (including minimum viable product)
Document and model business processes
Estimate required costs and effort
Identify implementation risks
Establish an implementation plan
Analyze and document business processes
Coordinate procurement process requirements
Participate in the execution phase (product backlog management)
