About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
• 5+ years of experience understanding BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear, testable business requirements.
• Experience creating test plans and supporting Quality Assurance activities.
• Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using BA tools such as Figma and Visio.
• 2+ years of QA experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and project backlogs.
• Document as-is and to-be business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document clear, testable business requirements.
• Create test plans and support Quality Assurance activities.
• Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create product roadmaps.
• Utilize strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
