Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Good understanding of banking products and operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to capital markets, retail banking, or risk/compliance systems
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis is an advantage
- Experience in large enterprise banking projects
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work on banking processes such as payments, loans, accounts, or risk systems
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solution delivery
- Support system testing including SIT and UAT
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Prepare documentation, workflows, and reporting for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards
