About The Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate requirements, and successful delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working closely with development and operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Support the delivery of product updates and system enhancements
- Identify, analyze, and help resolve production issues and system defects
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Support integration efforts between Facets and other systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Participate in testing activities, including validation of requirements and support for UAT
- Document workflows, business processes, and system interactions
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
