About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Residential Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, document functionality, and support data-related processes including data flow analysis and ETL understanding.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Residential Mortgage or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of data flow, ETL processes, and system functionality.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
- Analyze end‑to‑end data flows within mortgage systems.
- Work with ETL teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.
- Support business processes and help translate needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
