About The Position

Arrive Logistics' Product team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a core member of the Product team supporting one of our product domains, you will partner closely with a Sr. Product Manager to manage day-to-day team execution, translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of capabilities that enhance user experience. You will serve as a bridge between product, design, and engineering, bringing both analytical rigor and excellent communication skills to drive product success through the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, logistics operations, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications preferred.
  • Experience working on B2B products is preferred; a freight or logistics industry background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day team operations and coordinate across product, design, and engineering to ensure delivery of roadmap commitments.
  • Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications based on the product manager’s strategy, solution design, and product requirements document.
  • Lead agile processes including team standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and status tracking to maintain momentum and visibility.
  • Support the Product Manager by conducting research, coordinating stakeholder interviews, and documenting business requirements.
  • Handle operational issues and support requests, serving as a primary point of contact for questions about product functionality and expected behavior.
  • Create and maintain product documentation including feature guides, FAQs, and release notes to support end-user adoption.
  • Help collect and synthesize feedback from users, support teams, and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
  • Assist with incident response and post-mortems to identify process improvements and prevent recurring issues.
