About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience with metrics and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product owner for TRecs applications.
  • Develop, interpret, and present requirements to functional experts and technical team in a way that is meaningful to each audience.
  • Participate in backlog grooming as product owner; write, size, and prioritize stories.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to review status of current requests, work, and related activities; obtain information about emerging client needs; establish client priorities; manage expectations and communicate TRecs’ needs; alert clients to blockers on current work.
  • Work with clients and TRecs leadership to establish optimal support levels for business systems.
  • Escalate obstacles to TRecs management as necessary.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and publish minutes.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including remote participation and other technology needs.
  • Provide communications assistance by drafting notifications, updates, reports, and project-related documentation, etc.
  • Use collaboration tools, such as MS Teams and Confluence, effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications and escalate appropriately.
