About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive process improvement, requirements elicitation, and solution delivery for public-facing systems. You will bridge business needs with IT capabilities, facilitate discussions with senior leaders, and help shape roadmaps and compliance-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in business process analysis and requirements documentation (process modeling)
- 5+ years creating/managing user stories in Agile environments
- 2+ years partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps
- 2+ years delivering IT solutions for public-facing/deployed use
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with public-sector constraints
Responsibilities
- Lead business process reviews, requirements elicitation, and documentation, including process modeling
- Develop and manage user stories on Agile development projects
- Facilitate strategy discussions with senior management to create roadmaps and achieve consensus
- Deliver IT solutions for public-facing applications, ensuring alignment with policy and regulatory requirements
- Support contract-related work (SOWs) and compliance activities when applicable
