Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active final Secret clearance required by start date; interim clearances will not be accepted
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, CPIC Analyst, IT Portfolio Analyst, or similar role in a Federal Government IT environment
  • Experience developing accurate written deliverables, trackers, presentations, meeting minutes, data call responses, requirements documentation, and process documentation
  • Working knowledge of Federal IT governance, CPIC, FITARA, IT portfolio management, budget and acquisition support, or program and project management processes

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Public Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting the Department of the Treasury or similar Federal financial, regulatory, law enforcement, intelligence, or national security missions
  • Familiarity with PRISM, CPIC reporting tools, TBM tools, portfolio management tools, Department of the Treasury reporting tools, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, or Federal budget systems
  • CAPM, PMP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, TBM/CTBME, or other relevant business analysis, project management, or IT governance certification
  • Experience with executive communications, plain-language writing, process mapping, SOP development, knowledge management, or process improvement recommendations for Federal IT organizations

Responsibilities

  • Support CPIC activities by maintaining submission calendars, collecting inputs, preparing draft IT portfolio, TBM, and business case materials, and updating reporting trackers
  • Track and reconcile IT portfolio spend, procurement requests, FITARA requirements, project schedules, risks, issues, action items, and operational metrics
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk and issue registers, SOPs, governance documentation, meeting materials, decision logs, and knowledge management repositories
  • Support IT governance and stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining clear status and action documentation
  • Assist with acquisition and procurement support, including procurement request tracking, procurement forecasting, data calls, and coordination across Department of the Treasury stakeholders and contractor teams

  • Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience, clearance, certifications, education, and contract requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $90,000 - $120,000.
