About The Position

The Role Join our team delivering innovative reporting solutions within OSG Client Services. We partner with internal business units across Fidelity to provide actionable insights that support day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. In this role, you will translate business objectives into impactful reporting solutions, align with our data visualization strategy, and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong ability to interpret business requests and align them with available data.
Ability to design, build, and deploy new BusinessObjects reports
Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
5+ years of business analysis experience.
Direct experience with Universe development
Demonstrated experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, & Snowflake
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Apply advanced reporting logic using BusinessObjects & variables, SQL expressions & calculations
Approach challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
