Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates technology and user needs and documents findings. With the goal of improving corporate collaboration, workflow, efficiency and effectiveness, this unique position will work with other departments/management to identify needs, find solutions, and lead projects to implement approved projects. Being involved in various process and system enhancements, this position will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing detailed documentation, assisting in estimating project budgets, assisting in project planning and prioritization throughout project life cycles.
