Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience working on JPMorgan Chase Concourse Product.
• Strong experience working on banking and payment-related projects.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Ability to understand and communicate the overall product vision, business requirements, business value, risks, impacts, and technology implications.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing business requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience or understanding of Mainframe technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to review, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and backlog stories.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams on Agile sprint planning and execution.
