About The Position

The Business Analyst will support our client's enterprise conversion. This role involves leading requirements intake, discovery, documentation, and traceability. The Business Analyst will partner with Project Managers (PMs) and own the "what" (scope and requirements). They will conduct requirements rinse-and-repeat cycles across business units, translating business and vendor needs into clear functional and technical requirements. This position requires close collaboration with Action Team Leads, PMs, Integration, QA, and Business Process teams. The Business Analyst will also support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and contribute to test case development. This role reports into two tenured Business Analysts on the program for scale and alignment.
