About The Position

d1g1t is seeking a Business Analyst to join its client service teams. These teams are responsible for implementation and support of the d1g1t enterprise wealth management platform, offering expertise in client business, wealth management, financial modeling, d1g1t platform usage, data analysis, system architecture, integration, and IT. The role focuses on providing operational and administrative support to existing clients. The ideal candidate is motivated, a team player, eager to learn and grow, and wants to make an impact. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team building a product from the ground up, working directly with sophisticated clients in the wealth management sector.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in quantitative, business, or engineering field
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial markets or investment management
  • Experience with: Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Python, SQL.
  • Proactive problem solver and self learner
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Passionate about client success
  • Strong interest in finance and wealth management space with the desire to learn
  • Great listener and communicator

Responsibilities

  • Provide client support on most functional and data related matters
  • Configure d1g1t platform and on-board users in accordance with their business requirements
  • Oversee daily reconciliation process
  • Participate in the software delivery process to d1g1t clients including testing, documenting system usage and operational processes and training users
  • Help build the best possible experience for our clients
  • Work as part of the team to understand client current and future requirements
  • Maintain knowledge base & internal documentation that would enable effective client support & improve client experience
  • Act as a strategic partner to product teams
  • Develop reports and dashboards for the team to monitor and report on client success.
  • Identify product requirements that would drive operational efficiencies
