About The Position

Client's Media Group is seeking Billing Operations Analysts to join our fast-growing operations team. The Billing Operations Analyst will be the conduit between WMG’s OMS and Billing systems. Their primary responsibility will be to drive month-end billing and reconciliation.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in accounting, math, statistics, business or related discipline.
Solid understanding of accounting software and ERP system experience.
Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions).
Demonstrated experience working with SQL and relational data.
Proven ability to organize and manage a diverse range of projects, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and demonstrates ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate billing for all advertising deliveries per contract term.
Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding contracts and invoices with an emphasis in effective communications and building strong working relationships.
Manage new advertiser/ agency onboarding process and provide supporting documents to master data team.
Review sales related agreements to verify billing data.
Work internally and cross-functionally to implement process and system improvements in support of overall business goals.
Act as liaison between WMG and outsourced Walmart accounts receivable support.
Implement billing best practices and resolving customer balances for payment.
Participate in and drive system enhancements that streamline revenue operations processes.
Assist with month-end reporting to support accounting and finance.
Leverage knowledge and experience using Financial systems: Essbase and SAP.
