About The Position

The Business Analyst will work closely with Technology Lead, Finance Manager, and client to deliver and analyze a wide range of financial reports to support business planning and strategic decision-making. This role will be heavily focused around reporting creation and management.

Requirements

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 2-3 years of experience
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including internal finance team and client business leadership
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand big picture
Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
A high degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL are a plus.
Demonstrated information management, analytics, and data profiling skills
Ability to work with various levels of peers including analysts, developers and executives regarding complex business and data related issues.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate projects. Manage task timelines and deliverable schedules, recognize, and share risks and roadblocks.
Good understanding of data quality management.
Knowledge of data governance and how it impacts business processes.
Willingness to support process improvement initiatives
PeopleSoft and Oracle knowledge is plus.
