About The Position

You will serve as a key member of the Polaris Experience team, focused on delivering data-driven insights that support revenue growth, outfitter performance, and overall program profitability. In this role, you will analyze market, consumer, and operational data to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. You will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Your work will directly influence planning, performance tracking, and long-term business strategies. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact through data analysis while gaining exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, D&IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional experience with SQL queries, data modeling and data visualization tools required.
  • Work experience in business analytics.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Python.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Explore Data, technologies and mathematical techniques to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business insights for leadership, including performance tracking, asset utilization, sales trends, ROI metrics, and outfitter performance.
  • Analyze market, competitive, and internal sales data to identify opportunities for improving business performance and profitability.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including operating review recaps and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Utilize external databases to assess outfitter sales performance and asset utilization, providing insights to support rental and revenue growth strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to analyze consumer insights across the customer journey and inform planning, offering enhancements, and marketing programs.
  • Support enterprise reporting strategies by ensuring consistency in data design, reporting templates, and dataset organization.
  • Manage and contribute to short-term and long-term improvement initiatives, including business case development and project coordination.
  • Participate in industry events to gather market and customer insights and incorporate findings into analysis and recommendations.
