Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to define project scope and objectives
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to support software development
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business goals
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements
