About The Position

Resource will work with the PM in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project. Ensuring the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition. The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality with the ability to communicate and engage all levels of the business and user community. The individual selected must be comfortable with technology, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
Business Analyst experience or in a related role: 5 Years
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools: 5 Years
Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects: 5 Years
Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals: 5 Years
Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions: 5 Years
Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories: 5 Years
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills: 5 Years
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment: 5 Years
Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization
Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion: 5 Years
Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative
Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components

Nice To Haves

Prior healthcare industry experience
Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
Liaison between various business departments and group
Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Assist with project management as needed.
