About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects to support business decision-making.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with users, documenting defects, and validating that solutions meet business expectations.
Validate dashboards, reports, and data outputs against business requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with expected results.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
Track project tasks, requirements, defects, and progress using collaboration and work management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Rally, Miro.
Experience across the full Software Testing Lifecycle like SAFE Agile.
Ability to review requirement documents and define end-to-end testing scope.
Coordination with Business and Development teams for test coverage.
Test design and execution for: System Testing, System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing and Business Acceptance Testing.
Ownership of test delivery, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Work with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Snowflake to retrieve, integrate, and manage data required for business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
Experience with SaaS products, subscriptions, and services applications.
Experience in Oracle modules and Oracle MDM

Team coordination or mentoring experience.
Exposure to structured testing processes and deliverables in large engagements.
