About The Position

The Client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, data mapping/analysis, and software testing. This role requires the ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments, identify overlaps and key connections while gathering requirements, and holistically look at application requirement gathering and implementation strategy to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints. Previous work implementing and gathering requirements for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools is required.

Requirements

• Business Systems Analyst. Required 7 Years
• Test lead and test planning knowledge Required 5 Years
• Data mapping ability for new system implementations and interfaces Required 5 Years
• Ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments Required
• Ability to identify overlap and key connections while gathering requirements. Required
• Ability to look at application requirement gathering and implementation strategy to wholistically to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints Required
• Previous work implementing and gathering requirements for a Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools Required

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements; work with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping, analyze data, identify gaps/issues, and validate data accuracy.
• Create test cases, execute functional/data testing, support UAT, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement discussions, testing sessions, and project status meetings.
